All items are wrapped inside a handcrafted wooden box.

Wooden box made of birch plywood with internal dimensions of 265x170x50 mm, side panels 6 mm thick, bottom and lid 3 mm birch plywood. The box corners are dovetailed and sanded, fitted with two press-fit hinges and a spring snap lock. The edges of the bottom and lid are slightly beveled, including an embossed print.

What's a Pre-Order? 

A pre-order allows you to purchase and pay for an item in advance, securing it before its official release date. By placing a pre-order, you ensure that the item will be reserved for you and delivered by the release date (January 3rd, 2025). This also guarantees your spot in our stock, giving you exclusive access to the product as soon as it becomes available.

Note: If you order items that are not “pre-order” items, they will be sent out on their respective release dates (JANUARY 3RD 2025). We recommend ordering these items separately to avoid any delays.

Terms and Conditions - Paleface Swiss Golden Ticket

1. Eligibility:

• The Golden Ticket is available to individuals aged 18 years or older.

• To claim the Golden Ticket, participants must be in North America or Europe/UK.

• North America winners can travel to one of the following shows: Los Angeles, Atlanta, or Chicago.

• Europe & UK winners can travel to one of the following shows: Zurich or London.

• The winner can bring one partner or guest.

2. Claiming the Golden Ticket:

• To redeem the Golden Ticket, the winner must email shop@palefaceofficial.com.

• The Golden Ticket card will contain a unique Code that must be forwarded to our customer service team for verification.

3. Non-Transferable:

• The Golden Ticket is non-transferable. The winner cannot give the ticket to someone else. Only the original winner and their guest are eligible to claim the prize.

4. Health or Emergency Situations:

• In the event that the winner is unable to attend due to illness, emergency, or any other unforeseen circumstances, the Golden Ticket prize will not be redeemed, and no alternative prize will be offered.

5. Travel & Accommodation:

• Travel and accommodation are provided only for the winner and one guest to the selected show in North America (Los Angeles, Atlanta, or Chicago) or Europe/UK (Zurich or London).

• Paleface Swiss will cover round-trip airfare and one night’s accommodation for the winner and their guest.

6. Other Terms:

• All expenses not explicitly mentioned, including travel insurance, additional meals, and personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner.

• Paleface Swiss reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
